Carlson has over 27 years’ hands on experience gained in the insurance and Reinsurance industries with specific knowledge in Underwriting, Claims (insurance & reinsurance), Performance and marketing management, Business performance Analysis and Development. Carlson is a Chartered Insurer – Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA) and he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management for Executives from University of Zimbabwe. Carlson also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with UNICAF.
